As a Pricing & Go to Market Associate you will work closely with the Head of GTM & Upsell to plan, execute and analyse the pricing and go to market strategies that will be run across our Client’s African Operating Companies (OpCo). The Associate will provide support for both our client’s Global team and the OpCo teams and be the liaison between the two when working on matters of pricing and product launches, as well as for special projects.

You will

  • Create and maintain pricing plans according to internal principles and targets
  • Support the GTM Head and OpCos with pricing requests and analysis
  • Analyse pricing and product performance and make suggestions for improvements
  • Support the GTM Head with the development and implementation of Go to Market strategies for new products
  • Liaise often with OpCo leads about sales performances and review product range
  • Coordinate with other business departments such as Marketing, Collections, Ops, and After Sales
  • Contribute to growth within the Upsell team
  • Support the GTM Head with the conception and implementation of additional initiatives

You have

  • Proven work experience in an Analysis or Business-related role (for example Market Analyst, Sales, Growth, Marketing or any other similar role)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience
  • Methodical and strategic thinker who is unafraid to take initiative
  • Strong verbal, written and listening skills – We want a good communicator
  • Business driven but people focused and enjoys tackling challenges
  • Organised and respects time commitments
  • Passion for social enterprises, development of people and environmental benefits
  • Fluency in English both oral and written (B2-C1)
